ARE YOU CERTIFIED?

An important decision had to be taken when we started to develop the formulas for our products: whether or not we had to be certified by natural and / or organic labels and therefore meet their criteria. On the one hand, this would give us credibility, on the other, it would limit our options and force us to compromise on some of our values.

We looked for a label that shared our vision. Namely, giving the best to consumers above all else, but we haven't found any. Because most labels place the interests of Nature before those of consumers, but this is not our case. We want to protect them both fairly, but if we have to choose, then protecting our consumers comes first. That is why, true to ourselves and to our commitments, we have decided that it is in the best interests of our consumers that we are not certified.

WHY ARE YOUR PRODUCTS NOT 100% NATURAL?

Because our goal is above all to offer our customers the best possible products in terms of Pleasure / Efficiency / Naturalness / Serenity.
And in our opinion, 100% naturalness is secondary to the real expectations of most consumers.
If you think about it, would you use a product that is potentially allergenic or ineffective or unpleasant just because it is 100% natural? Probably not.
Especially since the reason that made you wanting natural products is definitely that you think they are safer.

Yes, but the question is: safer for whom? For nature or for you?
The natural and organic certifications are mainly concerned with Nature. We especially care about you.

Of course, this does not mean that our products are not natural. They are as much as possible without compromising the other 3 aspects that we hold dear. And this is where we make the difference. For us, the percentage of naturalness is the adjustment factor that guarantees the 3 other aspects. That being said, our products all exceed 95% natural ingredients and we will work hard with ingredient suppliers so that we can, in the future, achieve 100% while meeting our other criteria.

We simply promise you the best possible products to give you Pleasure, Efficiency and Serenity while being as Natural as possible. This is our brand promise to you and it will never change.


Disclaimer: We are in no way saying that other brands' products are dangerous. Especially when you know that products authorized for sale in the European Union must comply with the regulations for cosmetic products to ensure that they are safe. We just go beyond these provisions by refusing permitted ingredients that we do not like for the reasons mentioned above.

WHAT DOES BALANCE BY NATURE MEAN?

This means that we try to find balance in everything we do and we use as many natural ingredients as possible to ensure that our products are good for consumers and for nature.
Put simply, it is the fact of applying this philosophy of Balance to our brand and our products.

WHY AREN'T YOUR PRODUCTS MORE EXPENSIVE IF THEY ARE SO EFFECTIVE?

We therefore thought that it was preferable to position our products in a price range accessible to the greatest number in the interest of consumers. We try to find the right balance in everything we do, and this is no exception.

TO WHAT DOES THE CODE ON THE BACK OF THE CASE?

It is a QR code that allows you to obtain a lot of information about the product and to earn loyalty points each time you buy one of our products, regardless of the country or the store.

WHY DO YOU CARE SO MUCH ABOUT CONSUMERS?

Because the reason we created this brand was to offer consumers the best possible products. Our founder wanted to get a message across, that brands should all try to create the best products possible instead of trying to maximize profits by all means even when it potentially involves harming consumer health or nature. For us, the interests of consumers should always be a priority and satisfying them is our primary goal.

HOW IS THE VAT RATE DETERMINED?

The VAT rate applied to our products depends on your delivery address and not on your billing address.

WHY ARE THE PRICES DIFFERENT BETWEEN STORES?

There are several reasons for this. They are explained to you below:
- Different countries therefore imply different VAT rates.
- we use the EUR as the price base for our calculation in other currencies according to an exchange rate that we update once a year. So it is likely that this will generate larger price differences during the year since the exchange rates vary differently from the one we choose.
- We bear more costs in certain territories and must take this into account in our selling prices.

I BOUGHT A PRODUCT AS A GIFT TO SOMEONE, HOW DO I GET THE V € FOR MY PURCHASE?

If you bought it on the VERACOVA website, the V € have already been credited to your account. If you bought it in store, unfortunately you will not be able to get the V €. Only the person to whom you are offering the product will be able to receive the V € by activating the purchase and by identifying himself (by logging in or creating an account).

I TRIED TO SCAN MY PRODUCT'S QR CODE BUT IT DIDN'T WORK, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

It may be partially hidden or even damaged, or you may be using an application that is incompatible with our QR codes or that does not work properly.
We recommend that you try other apps or make sure nothing is hiding the code.
If despite everything nothing works, we can help you, contact us and send us a clearly legible photo of your code with the proof of purchase, then we will see what we can do to help you.

HOW CAN I CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE?

All you need to do is go to the "Contact us" section and send us a message. We will then provide you with an answer as soon as possible.

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER BY PHONE?

It is not possible to place an order by phone, to order, you must go through our website.

WHERE CAN I CONSULT THE EFFICACY TESTS OF YOUR PRODUCTS?

We transparently share the results of our efficacy tests in our product sheets as well as on our cases!
