OUR LOYALTY PROGRAMME IN 2 STEPS

1/ EARN LOYALTY POINTS

Your account is automatically credited with loyalty points for products you purchase on our site.

For all other purchases (offline and on other online platforms), you will need to scan the QR code on the back of most of our products and follow the on-screen instructions.

Other actions also earn points:
- creating a customer account earns you 100 points
- each visit to our site earns you 50 points (limited to 1 time / week)

How the value of the points is calculated:
1€ spent = 10 points
The amount spent is rounded up to the next 10.
Example: a purchase of 39.90€ (excluding any shipping costs) will be considered as being worth 40€ = 400 points.

2/ USE YOUR LOYALTY POINTS

You can redeem your points for a discount to be deducted from your order in our online shop.

After logging in, simply add products to your shopping cart, and convert part of your points into an immediate discount during the checkout process.
The discounts offered are either 1000 points = 5€ or 2000 points = 10€.

1/ YOUR LOYALTY POINTS

Your loyalty points will soon be converted to the new calculation and added to your account.
But their value is maintained and your benefits preserved!

2/ DIFFERENCES WITH THE PREVIOUS SYSTEM

Previously, 10€ spent earned 500 points and gave a 0.50€ discount.
From now on, 10€ spent earns 100 points and gives a 0.5€ discount.
The value received in loyalty points remains the same, but the number of points received changes.

This means that if you had 10,000 points on your previous loyalty account, they have been converted into 2,000 points and still entitle you to a €10 discount.

So less points for an easier calculation, but the value remains the same!
